ACPs for reporting functionality
Function Access Profiles define a user's specific access rights. To set the access control points (ACPs) for reporting functionality:
- Go to .
- Select a Function Access Profile or click New to create a new one.
- To define rights for manager reports, select Manager - Department Manager.
- Expand
Reports and set the following Function Access Profile control points to "Allowed" or "Disallowed":

When you select "Allow," the following warning appears. You must click Yes to enable access.
Selecting this option will allow users assigned this Function Access Profile to schedule reports to be delivered as email attachments. Reports may include personal information. This setting may be transferred to another tenant via Setup Data Manager or by cloning. Do you wish to continue?
