      • Employee Certification Assignment

        The Employee Certification Assignment entity provides data columns that allow the creation of Dataviews and Report Data Objects that provide information on all certifications that are assigned to employees. This entity is purely for reporting on the certifications assigned to each employee. It is not intended to be used with transactional data.

      • Employee

        The Employee entity provides a single data column that is reserved for use when users drill down to the employee level in a Business Structure Dataview. Use the Employee Full Name data column provided by the Employee Detailsentity to list attributes and descriptive information that is associated with an employee.

        The Employee Details entity provides data columns that are attributes or descriptive information that are associated with an employee.

      • Employee Preferences Request

        The Employee Preferences Request entity provides information on Employee's requested scheduling preferences.

        The Employee Tip Method entity provides Gaming data related to the employees tip method.

        The Exceptions entity provides, at a transactional level, the necessary data columns to report on the exceptions triggered by employees, based on the exception rules that have been configured in the system (for example, Late In-Punch). The Exceptions entity returns one row per employee per exception. Therefore, if an employee has triggered three exceptions on a given day, three rows are returned.
