Select rates
Select which rates should be considered in the risk detection during the Auditor run. These rates provide monthly data for each included location under the configured primary location type.
- Open the Main Menu
and navigate to Administration > Application Setup. - Navigate to KPI Key Performance Indicator measures the result of an activity in an organization so that you can compare it to operational or strategic goals and attempt to improve performance. Builder > Auditor Setup.
- To select the appropriate rate, place a check in its row. The currently assigned rates appear in the Current Assigned field.
- click Tap Save.

Each rate uses a formula to generate the final count and is based on specific types of transactions.
Descriptions of rates

Provides the ratio of cancelled meal breaks to worked shifts. A value of 0.5 indicates that for every two worked shifts there is one cancelled meal break.

Provides the ratio of final punch The entries on a timecard that mark the beginning (in-punch) or end (out-punch) of a work interval, such as the beginning of a shift or transfer. time edits to final punch count. Final Punch Time Edits count the number of instances where the first punch time and the last edited punch time are different, regardless of the number of times a punch time was changed.

Provides the ratio of extra time exceptions to extra time and lost time exceptions. Extra time exceptions is the count of Early In, Very Early In, Late Out and Very Late Out exceptions. Lost time exceptions is the count of Late In and Early Out exceptions.

Provides the ratio of lost time exceptions to worked shifts. Lost time exceptions is the count of Late In and Early Out exceptions.

More than Scheduled (Extra Worked Time) provides the ratio of extra time exceptions to worked shifts. Extra time exceptions is the count of Early In, Very Early In, Late Out and Very Late Out exceptions.

Provides the ratio of deleted punches to final punch count. A value of 0.5 indicates that for every two added punches, there is one deleted punch.

Provides the ratio of punch time edits to final punch count. A value of 0.5 indicates that for every two added punches, there was one edit made to the punch time.

Provides the ratio of retroactive schedule edits to final shift count. Retro Schedule Edits are changes to scheduled shifts after the shift started or completed. It does include shift deletions. A value of 0.5 indicates that for every two scheduled shifts, there was one edit of the shift or shift deletion made after the shift started or completed.

Provides the ratio of retroactive shift deletes to final shift count. Retro Shift Deletions are when a shift is deleted after the shift has started or completed. A value of 0.5 indicates that for every two scheduled shifts, there was one shift deleted retroactively.

Provides the ratio of retroactive shift edits to final shift count. Retro Shift Edits are changes to scheduled shifts made after the shift started or completed. It does not include shift deletions. A value of 0.5 indicates that for every two scheduled shifts, there was one edit made shift after it started or completed.

Provides the ratio of "small" punch time edits to final punch count. Small Punch Time Edits are punch edits that result in a net change of the punch time of less than or equal to 15 minutes when comparing only the first and last punch times.
