Configure the mapping of accrual codes to earnings and takings paycodes A category of time or money that employees earn, for example, Regular Hours, Bonus, or Sick..
- Make sure that Accrual Code Mapping is set to Allowed in your FAP; see Configure Access to Integrations.
- Select Main Menu
> Administration > Application Setup > Integrations Setup > Payroll Setup > Accrual Code Mapping. - Do one of the following:
- Click Tap Create
. - Select a mapping. Click Tap Edit
. The changes will be saved to all installations of the current mapping. - Select a mapping. Click Tap Delete
. Click Tap Yes to confirm.
- Click Tap Create
- (Required) Select an Accrual Code Name.
- (Optional) Select an Accrual Profile Name.
- Configure Accrual Outputs 1—3 as follows:
- Select one of the following:
Setup: Then, select a configured Accrual Output.
Value: Then, enter a name — up to 100 characters long — for the Accrual Output.
- Repeat for the next output.
- Select one of the following:
- Click Tap Save.
- Repeat for another mapping.
